Tips to Consider Before Choosing a Co-working Space in Delhi-NCR

Whether you are an individual or a team of start-up co-founders/employees, finding a good shared office space in Delhi-NCR isn’t a cake-walk. Apart from checking the basic facilities such as water, electricity, hygiene etc.; there are a few other factors which you should consider. Read below:

1. Location: Delhi is well-connected through the Metro rail. So, look for a location which is not very far from the Metro station. Or else, check if shared mode of transports such as shared auto-rickshaws or cycle-rickshaws are available.

2. Traffic: It possible, choose a place which is not very difficult to reach in terms of traffic; especially when you or your co-workers/employees have to travel by road. There are a few stretches in Delhi-NCR which are notorious for long jams every day. 3. Parking Space: Co-working spaces in Delhi or anywhere else are shared by many individuals and start-ups. This means lot of people might be coming there in their own vehicles as well. So, make sure that the co-working space has ample parking space. You would really not like to see ugly fights between your employees/partners co-workers from other companies because of lack of parking space.
 

4. Culture: The culture of the co-working space should match your business’s culture. For example, if the team from some other company at the co-working space often shouts at the employees to express displeasure regarding their work, this may create a negative atmosphere and disturb the other individuals or team working at the co-working space. So, visit the property personally and get the first-hand information on matters like these.

5. Facilities: Along with the basic necessities mentioned above, check for other amenities like ATM, medical assistance, 24X7 power-back up, water-filters, cafe etc.
